So Wolves, with all the money in the planet if you believe what the dogheads have been claiming, so popular are they based on this new investment managed to lure the magnificent Walter Zenga as manager. A bloke who jumps from club to club every season or two.

That £20million bloke still hasn't signed for them. 

Part of the takeover deal by the new owners included Jorge Mendes, the agent of Ronaldo, Mourinho etc, joining the company. It was him that advised the Chinese to buy Wolves. As probably the most connected man in football, he's working with them to bring in the players and up until now he's doing a bloody good job. They may be only loans but I wish they were coming to us for a season rather than the Dogheads.

Teixera has two 1st team league starts in his career. Silvio is always out on loan and rarely plays, Costa hasn't played much football in his career either. They may turn out to be decent but you're really jealous they've signed a few players on loan that most of us have never heard of unless you follow Benfica reserves?

Teixeira was out on loan last season at Guimarães but has played for Portugal at every level up to U21. The kid's got talent.
Costa has played a full season out on loan at Monaco. Another to graduate through the levels of the national side.
Silvio is older and more experienced having played for Atletico Madrid, Deportivo, Benfica and Portugal.

Teixeira and Costa are on long term contracts with Benfica who only want to give them some experience as they're going no where. Silvio is the type of full back we could do with. We can turn our noses up as much as we want at Benfica B who play in the second division but few if any of our team would get in their first XI.

As for splashing out £20m on the Brazilian, Talisca, Wolves are still waiting on news regarding his working visas.

Cost is also 22 and has started 15 games in his career.
Loads of players play at younger international levels and turn out to be nothing special, both of them saw their international appearances drop off as they moved up the age levels.

I fail to see how you're jealous of that pair, besides we permanently signed Adama and Tshibola, both are younger so you must be ecstatic about that?

Costa played 28 times last season for Monaco, scoring 5. Monaco finished the season 3rd, on the same points as second place, Lyon.

I'm more than happy with the signing of Tshibola. He certainly looks like one for the future. Adama? I was happy but god knows what we have with him. Everything works except the GPS. Hopefully this season he'll deliver, certainly needs a run of games.
