Sounds pretty cool to me.

It'll make foreign leagues more interesting if there is a Kolkata/Guangzhou/Seattle/Melbourne Villa to cheer for. It would presumably put to bed any rumours about our owners not having sufficient capital.

To compete long-term at the very top we would need to expand our global fanbase massively and this is one way of doing that.

Wyness says Villa in talks to buy foreign clubs according to the Express and Star. Im not really sure where to start with that one...

Sensible to have alternatives abroad in case we have to off-shore with all the other businesses after Thursday.*

If 'Villa' are looking at buying more clubs, not the Dr himself does this all come out of our mythical 500m bank account ?

Posters of a certain vintage may remember Chuck Berry's rendition of a "novelty song" which gt to Number One in the Pop Charts in 1972.

I certainly do remember, 'My Ding a ling'.
Anthem for a generation.

Ironically, the worst song he ever recorded and also his greatest success.

Did you sing along at the time, though?

Am I missing a memo or something but when did we become known as the claret and blues? First the Mail has been using it and now the OS is referring to us as the claret and blues. When did this happen?
