He said we're the most historic club in the world on Midlands Today earlier. How many of our owners have even known that, never mind said it?

Good start.

Harvard, Oxford, MIT, I imagine he's good at doing his homework.

Mind you, wasn't Randy Columbia and Cambridge? Homework isn't everything.

Did Randy earn any qualifications though? Or did he flunk?
I image his school report was he 'at first he was enthusiastic and tried very hard, when the going got tough he lost interest and left the University with his tail between his legs'

Probably changed courses a few times before he left.

Going to feel weird winning games. I'm so conditioned to losing now that it will take some time to expect to win rather than being moderately optimistic before a game knowing how stupid you are being

Winning games. Yeah. Weird idea, but I kind of like it.

What is this "winning" that people are talking about? And more to the point is it allowed at Villa Park?

Probably started with astral physics, before working on chaos theory, before shifting to biology and then settling for Applied Science.

I'm going to guess Bible Studies, before doing his PhD in English Lit (studying false narratives) and taking a course in psychiatry (as a patient).

Still haven't bothered looking at prem league fixtures. Will do nearer time.  Euros and copa america enough for me atm. Along with all the villa buzz! I hear fixtures where it matters are out next Wednesday

That's a very exciting article...it's great that he is happy to talk to the press openly, unlike the previous incumbent.

I particularly liked the bit about buying the Chinese tv rights to Championship games to ensure Villa are shown enough - there's no denying his ambition and actions like this show he means what he is saying.

The closing to that statement doesn't imply an imminent sale.

There is no sale.  I can't believe people are falling for this spin yet again.

Maybe LTA is just a bit miffed that he got this horribly wrong. Again.

It's nice to see some ambition, even if it seems unlikely. Also the stuff about getting the correct structure in place shows he's hopefully thinking about all aspects.
