Maybe a link up with Beckham for his MLS franchise...

Miami Villa has a nice ring to it

The only thing that disappoints me is that he gave this interview to the Daily Heil rather than to the BBC a local paper.

Can't stand the Heil but, in fairness, the BBC hates Birmingham and the local paper hates Villa.

Fuck them.

Proceed with caution. The more games we win, the more promising it all becomes. If we go up at the first attempt, we'll know it's working out, because to turn this mess around will take incredible organisation, togetherness and hard work.

Proceed with caution is right. I will be happy if we just win a game again.
didnt we proceed with caution in every game whilst Black was in charge? How many games did that approach win us? 😉

Plenty of people will laugh at his comment about being the best known club in the world..I'd rather he say that than say I want us to be the best known club in the Midlands.  There's nothing wrong with ambition..I have a hunch..yep it's just a hunch...that we have reached the bottom and are finally on our way up.

If ever a new broom was needed, this is the time.
I just hope that time is nit wasted on trying to rehabilitate the complete waste of space that is Bacuna Agbonlahor Richards.

I think Bicester Villa GE is more likely.

Sounds very promising.

Daft comment if you ask me.  Makes him look a total fool if he doesn't back it up.  Just be understated.

You've been quiet. Bet you couldn't wait to post something negative again. Well done.

I'm very pleased with Di Matteo's shoes. They look like an expensive pair of Italian hand mades, and they go nicely with his suit, which is cut well and I would suspect is from Milan or Saville Row. Dr Xia on the other hand, is wearing shitty shoes, the shitty shoed bastard, and has a suit that looks like it's from Ted Baker, as they tend to go for the fake pocket square and lapel badge combo.  His tie also isn't pushed all the way up, and he's sporting an Hermes belt which is a style no-no in the business world.

Based on these fashion faux pas, I'n going to say that he's a wrong un and we're going to hell in a hand cart.

Notwithstanding your comments, he is, beyond any reasonable doubt, the best dressed Chinese man I have ever seen.

Probably not as daft as your comment to be fair. I would hope that the owner of kiddiminster harriers would say the same thing as Tony if asked. There is no shame in aiming for the stars and landing on the moon. What would you rather he say? something along the lines of "within 20years I want us to be back up to our rightful place of 6th in the league with our faces pressed firmly against the glass ceiling and a couple more trips to Wembley along the way"? Not for me thanks, we've had years of lowered expectations.

I dont want anyone owning Aston Villa that doesnt plan to make us the biggest club in the world.

There is if you work for NASA. Although best club on the moon could be achievable.
