We all want it ratified quickly for the benefit of the club, so we can start our dealings, but let's not forget it's in our benefit if they are going over it thoroughly (although it's equally possible they are just lazy or don't have the number of staff on it).

Or they are looking for the 80 companies he owns and have only found 1 so far.

That's not part of the fit & proper test though is it? Though apparently they have been shown that £500 million has been reserved for use with Aston Villa.

Maybe the negotiators are quibbling over their cut (via a brown paper bag)?

You sure?

"Xia has filed all the necessary paperwork and that the leagues have seen proof of over £500m in bank accounts set up in England."

OK, maybe not all reserved for Aston Villa but it should be. IMO.

Oh yes, it certainly should be. I wonder how much we'll spend in the January window?

Oh come on, there's a bit of a difference!

500 million? Get Louis Van Gaal in. We may very well get in the play off places.

Pretty sure it was Worcester prison. It's over forty years ago. Maybe an open prison, it was for forgery no threat to society shit.

Worcester Prison used to be in Castle Street, in is now the site of the Hive, closed in 1983 all inmates transfered to Hewell or Long Lartin

Thanks for that Dale. I was pretty sure it was Worcester.  The person in question became famous as the husband of a movie star.  I was going to Google him and see if his incarceration was recorded.

Worcester Prison for me was - Worcester Royal Grammar School, where I was incarcerated for 4 years of my youth !!!! I eventually escaped and took up residence at Kings Norton Boys School which was more like Open Prison :0

I've virtually seen £500m lodged in a bank account.  There that's me, the bloke from the Daily Mail and importantly Greg Evans.

More likely to be in a barrel buried in the New Mexico desert with Walter White's loot.

I have long realised that I received a great education at Kings Norton Grammar.  Pity I didn't realise it at the time!

£500m?

Yeah, right. From a bloke that even Google's previously never heard of, who's in league with a couple of "businessmen" who Google certainly have heard of, but for all the wrong reasons.

I really, really hope I'm wrong about all this, but just about everything stinks.

To be fair I'm guessing Hollis and co would have asked Xia about his funding and anybody else involved and even they may have done a quick google check on them. You'd think they would have come out with something by now if they smelled a rat and I doubt Di Matteo & co wouldn't have come on board unless they had some assurances.
