I don't know anything about these sort of things, but Hitchins - a vet by trade apparently - seems to be appointed and then resign from Directorships fairly quickly, as he has done with us. Is this normal?

Recon now registered in the UK as a Ltd Co.

That reading bloke is a director so likely to have some involvement at least in the initially stages.

I find this worrying.

Alan John Frank Hitchins, the guy who was the original director, appears to be a veterinary surgeon? Who is he, I wonder?

a vet?

It isnt that special vet , or whatever he is called off the tele is it? He has a strange hairstyle dies it a funny colour, puts a lot of the animals down and generally looks a bit untrustworthy

All you need to know here.

Right now I'm thinking one of two things:

1. Xia is being taken for a ride by the likes of Samuelson, Hitchens and possibly Wyness.

2. This looks likely to be the biggest scam in English football.

On the upside it looks as though he resigned as a director of Recon Sports after just 2 weeks (why?), just leaving Christopher Samuelson, who is doubtless squeaky clean when it comes to involvement with football clubs, as I'm sure Reading and Everton investment proposals will show.

Was Hitchins just used to set up the company and that was the end of his remit or was it suggested that he step down.

My overriding feeling of the last few weeks is that we're fucked, and it's going to get a lot worse before it gets any better.

Hitchins had previously used Gorrie Whitson Secretarial Services Ltd as Secretary to his failed company, Strait Oil & Gas Ltd.

On the same day he set up Recon Ltd, he also set up Vaxeal Ltd.

I'm just clinging to the fact that RDM has agreed to join us and with his past half-decent record he would have had a couple of offers on the table other that just ours.

Samuelson and co are just go betweens they facilitate football transactions and probably charge extortionately for their services. Lets not start this panicking again.
