Which was nailed on to happen. If Xia is failing the fit and proper test like they claim then why would Di Matteo come in to work for Fuckwit and Co with no money? He wouldn't.

Bbc understands usually means Pat Murphy understands so I would be confident that the Bbc info is correct!

I have no idea whats true, but if it does fall through, some serious questions will need to be asked of Hollis and whomever the advisors/bankers were on the deal. Financial due diligence is a pre-requisite to a takeover, and the notion he (or his consortium) doesn't have the funds after such DD would be a huge fail on them. I'm doubting they would make such a basic and outrageous error ..... but then again
