Being the conscientious fan, I thought I'd check the correct pronunciation of Xia.  After extensive research on YouTube taking all of 30 seconds I came to the worrying realisation that it sounds like SHA.

Does this mean it can be claimed that SHA has bought VILLA?

I had a scout about and Tony Xia appears to be chairman of something called Lotus Health Industry Holdings, which manufactures MSG and other food additives. I'm no business brain but Google says they have market capital of 5, 395 million Yuan, which is about half a billion quid.
