A sensible strategy for genuinely super-rich Chinese individuals would be to move money off-shore by investing a couple of billion in a great football club in Birmingham. That's a GREAT football club, not a tin-pot, two-bob Mickey Mouse one, just to be clear.

Anyway, still no new chairman I notice. Significant?

I think you will find that that news is so devastating their Government will not allow it to be broadcast and has removed it from all records.
