After Team America's outstanding efforts at the World Cup the USA finally get what football is all about.( About ******* time too.) Subsequently, it is now being suggested in various parts of the media that The Premier League is the global equivalent of the NFL which should now lead to a new influx of wealthy American owners on these shores.

Hopefully Aston Villa can be one of the first clubs to benefit from this possibility, either by means of a direct takeover, or by working even harder still to promote & sell our brand & image there, by the simple fact that we are already American owned & as such, ordinary every day Americans, can instantly identify, associate & affiliate their support with our team.

Surely we can tap into this burgeoning & exponential interest from Uncle Sam?
