Nope.

Go back a few pages on this thread, some buffoon who, laughably, called himself "Logical". He started by saying that he was sick of Villa fans arguing with each other then proceeded to argue and threaten anyone who disagreed with him.

Quite a good breakdown.

It was quite nice while it lasted. He tried on an old internet outfit, the 'the harder I say I am the harder they'll think I am' routine. It was quite nostalgia-inducing, like the sound of a dial-up modem.

in a dot matrix printer kind of way. Fighting for credibility in a manner accustomed to a bygone era.

Which Henry Mr U? 'Enery the Bermondsey plasterer with the left hand of Thor or Henry Blofeld the pigeon and omnibus spotter? I suspect the latter.

I see GG and Robinson have signed 2 year deals, whilst I'm happy for them I'd rather another pair had been sorted out first, still I suppose it offers some ray of hope.

Or, more likely, a Henry vacuum cleaner

Is carruthers still with us ? And if so is he likely to fill the Albrighton shaped hole on the wing this season ?

He seems to have moved into a central midfield role in the last year or so, had a bad injury for most of last season I think, when he was on loan (possibly with MK Dons).

I think Kozak, Bacuna, N'Zogbia and Cole as a front four for the time being, isn't too bad.

Really? If that's our front 4 next season I think we'll be in a relegation scrap from day one. You've got 2 players there who have been seriously injured for the past year and one who's done nothing noteworthy on the pitch for about 5 years.

I disagree. I think there is a lot more balance and creativity in there than an ineffectual Weiman, Albrighton and Gabby. Benteke is set to return too at some point and perhaps two of the former playing less may benefit the side more. We also haven completed our summer business.

More creativity? Have you seen their stats from last season?!

Joe Cole –       Games 6 (14)   Goals 3      Assists 0
Leandro Bacuna-   Games 28 (7)    Goals 5      Assists 1
Libor Kozak-      Games 8 (6)   Goals 4      Assists 0
Charles N’Zogbia-   Games 0 (0)   Goals 0      Assists 0

This is the premiership we’re talking about, arguably the most competitive league on the planet, and you’d honestly be happy with that as our front 4 at the start of the season. I’ll be honest, I’ll be concerned if that’s our front 4 against Mansfield on July 17th.

kippax is right. But I think it's just a symptom of us all getting bored, irritable, irate and just waiting for something, anything, positive to come out of Villa Park. It turns brother against brother .

Also, Monty is right. If you are going to say something kippax don't look a berk and speel it wrongly. This is H&V after all.

*yes.......I know*

****Interesting fact alert****

Berk comes from rhyming slang and is short for Berkshire. As in Berkshire Hunt. **edit** Berkeley  (doh!)

I'd be offended at that kippax if I were you...

Anyway, on the fighting lark, anyone remember the geezer who said he was going to 'put my fists all over you'?
