& when he's proved wrong 100% he will be gone faster than a rat up a downpipe

On the other hand, If he's proven right 100% there will be plenty with egg on their faces  ;D

I dunno about that, really.

I find all this ITK stuff pretty amusing and mostly pointless, whether it is London Geezer on here (who is actually 12,000 miles from London, so you don't have to be a sleuth to hypothesise as to who he might be) or the touchingly named Admin on that other site.

Regarding some of the stuff they've said on the takeover, by far and away my greatest desire is that it should turn out to be true. I genuinely don't care who said it first, that doesn't matter.

The cult-like environment of compliance and adulation surrounding Admin is just funny, mostly because of the sight of grown men fawning around him like children. It's just hilarious and brilliant to read. It has filled the internet amusement gap left by the departure of Moyes Must Go on twitter.

Similarly the stick London Boy is getting in here is funny, and hardly surprising. Ultimately if you get a bit of info, the more you make of it, the bigger the reaction against you. Look at that Indykaila twat on twitter for example with his "exclusives". It's all part of the game.

Ultimately, though, if Admin or MysteryMan or Jon Fear or Woodhall or London Boy or Mat Kendrick or Matt Law first tell us a benevolent billionaire with more cash than common sense is coming to rescue us, my feelings of joy that it has actually happened will far outweigh concern over who said it first.

Exactly. Who cares who 'wins'?

I'm competitive and want to win everything so hear goes.....

Sometime in the near future, a decision will be made or not be made on the future of PL also we may get taken over this year or next....

If any of these happen I expect full credibility please Legion.

Some real, bona-fide genuine ITK (keep it to yourself):

Spoiler for Hiden:
One day in the future, Paul Lambert will NOT be manager of Aston Villa FC. Paul Faulkner will also be otherwise engaged. A NEW OWNER will also be found. Eventually.

I hate seeing genuine ITKers being belittled and their hard earned reputations besmirched. paulie, you should be ashamed of yourself, I reckon you a massive apology to Londonbeat.

THIS IS A CLARET ANNOUNCEMENT!

Lads, I've had it verified by more than two sources that it will be Saturday 5.00pm at the earliest before Derby County will be confirmed as our opponents for two league games next season when we will probably be managed by somebody other than Paul Lambert and we might be under new ownership. Or QPR.

Lambert is summoned to see Randy in the US; after a shit season; 4 days after he's announced the clubs for sale. There' s 3 scenarios

1. Lambert is dismissed
Last seasons performance is not good enough, thanks for your help - you're sacked.
New owners want their own man - he's sacked

2. Lambert quits by mutual agreement
Lambert is told there's no guarantees, new owner (if there is one) may want him or may not, but almost certainly not. He can hang around & oversee the transition or can go now with reputation intact - he quits.

3. Lambert stays
Lerner wants him to stay. Staying has other risks, club is in limbo with restricted funding for new signings, supporters don't want you, other jobs are available, reputation is not currently badly tarnished. There may be new owners, there may not. Against the odds he stays.

Doesn't take a lot on ITK to work out the probable outcome that Lambert quits / sacked and gets paid off.

Just so I am sure. So basically you are saying either Lambert goes or stays?
