I'm not being deliberately sexist or offensive, but I wonder if AW is a virgin?

Moyes is damaged goods and less exciting than a night in with Ann Widdecome. In fact I think I'd prefer the latter.

You've just made me feel sick.

I'm the same when I think of watching a Moyes-managed Villa

Same. Too much of my life has been wasted on watching a Villa side who, at their best, inspire no higher praise than 'they were well-organised, all knew their jobs, solid' etc etc. Christ, it makes me want to claw my eyes out thinking of teams like that. Totes no exaggeration.

& when he's proved wrong 100% he will be gone faster than a rat up a downpipe

On the other hand, If he's proven right 100% there will be plenty with egg on their faces  ;D

I dunno about that, really.

I find all this ITK stuff pretty amusing and mostly pointless, whether it is London Geezer on here (who is actually 12,000 miles from London, so you don't have to be a sleuth to hypothesise as to who he might be) or the touchingly named Admin on that other site.

Regarding some of the stuff they've said on the takeover, by far and away my greatest desire is that it should turn out to be true. I genuinely don't care who said it first, that doesn't matter.

The cult-like environment of compliance and adulation surrounding Admin is just funny, mostly because of the sight of grown men fawning around him like children. It's just hilarious and brilliant to read. It has filled the internet amusement gap left by the departure of Moyes Must Go on twitter.

Similarly the stick London Boy is getting in here is funny, and hardly surprising. Ultimately if you get a bit of info, the more you make of it, the bigger the reaction against you. Look at that Indykaila twat on twitter for example with his "exclusives". It's all part of the game.

Ultimately, though, if Admin or MysteryMan or Jon Fear or Woodhall or London Boy or Mat Kendrick or Matt Law first tell us a benevolent billionaire with more cash than common sense is coming to rescue us, my feelings of joy that it has actually happened will far outweigh concern over who said it first.

It's becoming like a career choice now though & your experienced , journeyman ITK will cleverly caveat their "intel" to avoid any blots on their copy book. Typically they'd say something along the lines of "deal is at an advanced stage now, I expect an announcement in the coming days if all the detail can be ironed out"
Bullet proof

I just don't see what all these bullshitting "ITK"'s gain from all the lies though?

Unless the just enjoy people fawning over them on the Internet, which if is the case is just a bit creepy.

The thing that gets me about some of these ITKs is that they only post with so called information. They rarely post to tell the rest of the site that they think Lambert is an arsebucket, or that they don't know how to record Masterchef on their set top box. There's always silence, then some kind of grand badly-spelled announcement.

Sometimes when I read them, I get an image of a man telling me something in whispered staccato sentences behind his flattened hand: "Announcement tomorrow, 2.30. Lambert gone. Doris the tea lady dirty protest in players' lounge. Don't shoot the meessenger. Meltdown. Etc."

Also, I'm perpetually amazed at the propensity for grown men and women to openly and gushingly adore someone on an Internet message board. Did you know those posts where you have your tongue wrapped deep around the anal gubbins of some overweight bloke tapping on his keyboard in his dressing gown will be on the Internet forever, for your children and grandchildren to see? Do you know how embarrassing it is? Then stop it. You're an individual with your own mind. Stand up on your own two feet and stop toadying, you special kind of rat.

Very true, though I feel London Boy damages his stock when talks of managers that are prepared to work with shoestring budgets. That's not the royal blue bollocks we want to read!

A person "In The Know"

Which actually translates to the polar opposite in nearly every case
