ANNOUNCEMENT ALERT...ANNOUNCEMENT ALERT...

Colour code status is currently at ROYAL BLUE.

There will be no further announcements in the next 3 hours (unless you count that as an announcement)

The new yank owners don't want boring lambert, he's been told and now the new manager is being finalized.

Moyes is zero risk. Won't win anything but will get is mid table on a shoe string budget.

Won't criticize board either.

Let's just hope his marque signing isn't Fellaini.

I have to admire your pluck in resolutely continuing to give us all ITK about a takeover, budget and new management on a thread just as resolutely opposed to accepting any ITK about a takeover, budget and new management!

unless the ITK is demonstrably true, of course. Which I don't think this latest intelligence is.

Can you imagine if he was right and was a genuine itk, so many people would have to eat humble pie, and I'd need the biggest slice because this smells like bull to me.....

However I would love to be proved wrong.

To be honest I tend not to read beyond the word 'Lads'.

Little did I think that 2 years down the line from Herrings and Vikings I would be drawn to looking at betting sites for managers, again- on the off chance, just today. ;)

The thing is, Moyes is , well, a bit boring as well, isn't he?

Moyes to Villa would be believable if new owners were announced quickly. There will be a lot of clubs interested in securing him I'm sure. As for LB, the world would be a duller place without harmless tittle tattle to relieve the humdrum

Can I be the first to point out that Fellaini would be a great signing if Moyes and lots of money is true.

I don't want Moyes, I think he's similar to MON, Lambert and McLeish in that he concentrates on organising a defensive shape and then letting good players do what they do further forward.  That can work to an extent but it has a glass ceiling.

No manager in there right mind would sign any deal unless new owners were in place, and I'm sure something would be in the press if anything is close.

Moyes is damaged goods and less exciting than a night in with Ann Widdecome. In fact I think I'd prefer the latter.

I see that the 'none of the above ' option for possible new owners is beating all of the ITK hands down on the poll.
Ann could stand a chance if it were ooooh, Cameron and friends?
