When you are sold so many certainties that invariably have not come off eventually the gloss wears off what they are claiming to be and people get annoyed.

You may mock but has anyone actually seen Alex McLeish since he was 'sacked'?
He's in Randy's conservatory frozen in carbonite

Blimey, some of them are revolting.
I have no idea what they look like, but I will take your word for it.

TBAR will be in trouble if Paul Faulkner is confirmed as staying. He seemed to be doing well earlier in the season and was getting complimentary posts on this site. I cannot see what exactly what he has done wrong considering he takes his instructions from the owner.

Perhaps Culverhouse and Carsa have flown out as well!

"Their departures may not be announced immediately." What a cop-out. So basically, whenever Lambert and/or Faulkner do eventually leave the club they can claim to have been right all along. Marvellous.

I was going to say my shuffling off this mortal coil may not be announced immediately, but that would be tempting fate.
Oh shit, what have I just typed. :o

I feel much better knowing Admin is working tirelessly for us.

Especially with his two source rule.

What a guy.

Indeed, therefore, so I'm also right, I tweeted "Lambert Sacked"... well, don't want to be wrong, do I?

To be honest if Lerner wants £200m this will be a long wait for a buyer . For £20m you can buy Sheff Weds or Reading and throw money at it to get into the lower echelons of the PL.

Some real, bona-fide genuine ITK (keep it to yourself):

Spoiler for Hiden:
One day in the future, Paul Lambert will NOT be manager of Aston Villa FC. Paul Faulkner will also be otherwise engaged. A NEW OWNER will also be found. Eventually.

I've just spent 15 minutes googling Aston Villa takeover and have come up with fuck all.

I will continue to work tirelessly for you however.

After Masterchef.

If I remember.

To be fair, even if they are getting the boot, it won't be announced for a bit if a takeover is imminent.
