If you get worried just imagine how Jupiter's Red Spot must feel. It's less than half the spot it used to be.

If that story is true, I wonder why the previous deal fell through? My guess is he had a quick poke around the internet and thought Villa fans seem to mostly hate each other, have an obsession with bad puns and have no respect for their betters. Trying to keep that lot happy would be like herding cats, I'll put my money into something more respectable like gun running or Class A drugs.

Megalolz!

If we really want Doris Day to buy us Jon Crofts is in her neck of the woods. If he can negotiate the packs of dogs she has rescued he might be able to get an SOS to her.

I'm still reeling at the price of a plate of lettuce in that restaurant.

I'll let you know what it's like. I'm having lunch there tomorrow. Booked the place out, throwing a surprise party for the Mrs.
Do you need the code for the car park?

Do i fuck.

I'm just going to smash through it with my monster truck

Lolgasm

Yellow card.

Hahaha, I won't be sliding into tackles from now on

Words that sum our situation more than adequately ......................Godzvilla !

 "Ah I don't believe you'd like it,
You wouldn't like it here.
There ain't no entertainment
and the judgements are severe.
The Maestro says it's Mozart
but it sounds like bubble gum
when you're waiting
for the miracle, for the miracle to come.

Waiting for the miracle
There's nothing left to do.
I haven't been this happy
since the end of World War II.

Nothing left to do
when you know that you've been taken.
Nothing left to do
when you're begging for a crumb
Nothing left to do
when you've got to go on waiting
waiting for the miracle to come. "

Hopefully, sacking Lambert and bringing in a manager who knows what he is doing, will make Villa more attractive to sell as they won't be fighting relegation?  Surely Randy knows that no investment AND keeping Lambert will mean relegation and a cheaper sale of the club? One would hope that Randy is way ahead of this. Appoint Moyes, give him some of the 72mill prize money, easier to sell. Am I being naive?

I can't see it working like that. As it stands whoever buys the club has 12 months of Lambert to pay off if the new bloke wants his own man. If we appoint Moyes it will be on at least a 3 year deal and probably on more money. I think that will be hindrance rather than a help.

As it stands, get the injured players fit and a couple of decent signings and we have enough to be comfortably mid table. I think that will satisfy Randy.

What, Sack Lambert, pay the necessary compo, then appoint Moyes who has just come from managing on a Man Utd level salary?  As well as giving Moyes a budget? You think Lerner will do all that?
