Durh, I was being ironics.

We've been merked by Ads.

Hate the game man, not the player. But seriously, to get this back on topic... who is Suzanne Virdee?

She wrote "La Traviata". If you were clever enough to have a Roman Emperor username, you'd have known that.

See, this guy gets it.

I Googled her. Seems she was a newsreader back when TV was in standard definition (lulz, how did you guys survive back in the early 00's with your CD players and Playstation 1's?! Hell on Earth!).

I was watching in the pub when Villa fucked up a 4-1 lead at Spurs (thanks to Marlon Harewood lending a hand). When the full whistle went I sank the rest of my pint, slammed the glass down and stormed out of the pub. Then I realised I'd forgot my coat.
Did you walk back in and say "I'll get my coat"?

Your totes right. I think Marcus Aurelius would be suitable, as I could sport the beard and still wear my carrot bottom jeans like a total hipster. Every comment would be virtual gold after that.

to get back on topic we are being bought by a Russian mobile billionaire today.

I hope we have a big enough boardroom for these egos

You'll have to Ukraine your neck to get a look in by the sounds of it with all these billionaires.

Oh no he didn't!

who was the guy that constantly tried to wind up the general?
peter w

A good example of somebody who was banned, apologised, asked to come back, was let back on and is still with us now.
Serious question (from a TBAR member): How does one go about apologising if banned? Is the PM system still available to the banned? Or is it generally via email? I don't see a link to your email, Dave.

I think there's an option to get in touch with the mod team on the screen that tells you you're banned. Will confirm though.
