I think I can speak for all of us when I say we really appreciate Admin letting us know what is going on!

Admin cares for us all. Here in this, our friendly forum.

Great 42,927th post. Welcome. We're truly independent. And friendly. As you can see from how friendly we are when we visit.

The world speaks through Admin, and Admin - speaking for the world - thanks you, PWS, for your suitably obsequious welcome.

We need an HR department.

More than anything, we need a higher power. Someone like Admin. Someone suitably versed in Administration.

I've got an NVQ in Admin. Didn't realise previously that this endowed me with Godlike powers.

Just off to smite Bono.

You mean like when The Works went into administration, didn't pay their creditors but The New Works carried on selling the books The Works hadn't paid for?

I was thinking mostly in terms of, say, administering great numbers of followers.

Maybe involving the art of "sexing them up", which he'd have learned from the activities of one of his prime disciples whilst communicating with female members on here.

He signed off with a quote fail. Unfortunate.

Embarrassing when they suicide by mod and completely fuck it up.

It's like storming out of a room and slamming the door, only to find that you're in the stationery cupboard

I was watching in the pub when Villa fucked up a 4-1 lead at Spurs (thanks to Marlon Harewood lending a hand). When the full whistle went I sank the rest of my pint, slammed the glass down and stormed out of the pub. Then I realised I'd forgot my coat.

Ah. Sorry, but Administration still brings me out on a cold sweat.

I was watching that, and as it ended, the son of the people over the road was sat in his car, music absolutely ear splitting volume, randomly revving his engine up.

I snapped, went across the road, banged on his window, screamed at him to shut the fuck up, ended up face to face with him on their drive, and screamed YOU SELFISH ****** in his face before storming off.

The only time I've ever, in my entire life, even got near instigating an act of violence.

I stormed off during a heated debate with some zulus in the pub. I got about fifty yards down the road and thought 'fuck that' and went back, pretending that I'd just popped outside for a fag. Five minutes later I stormed off again, accompanied by loud cheers from my antagonists.

I once saw a very camp conductor on a train out of Euston storm out of a carriage after a minor disagreement about a railcard. Unfortunately he stormed the wrong way, and thirty seconds later came back into the carriage and checked all of our tickets again.
