Without Benteke it is difficult to get excited about the chances of Villa scoring. Even when he was missing those chances you still thought he might stick one away. I would like to see Helenuis have the first half just to see if he has anything and for Callum Robinson have 20min-30min after the interval. No chance that will happen of course. Lambert will play Holt and the dreadful (but hardworking) Weimann for the whole game.

Should we lose Lambert will trot out the usual excuses which dont hold up...and guess what...we go again.

I think Fulham's Dembele uses Moussa and Spurs Dembele uses Mousa.

One team change we could make would be to play Lowton at right-back and put Bacuna on one of the wings, which is his more natural position I think.

That would mean swallowing pride and playing Lowton though.
