That's revisionist. He's had bad games and good games like everyone else in the team, why don't you question whether they should play in their positions? You only think this because the first time you saw Bacuna he was playing somewhere else so you got a fixed idea. He makes no errors which to me look the result of being in the wrong position - he makes mistakes because he's an enthusiastic but limited footballer, like almost all of our players.

I think he actually gets caught out of position a lot - he's very frequently on the wrong side of the defender. Watch how many balls the Mancs loft down our right flank.

Bacuna didn't need to dive in there - he's not a full back!

Again, ask Eden Hazard if Bacuna isn't a full back. He makes one bad challenge and all of a sudden he can't play the position? That's the definition of a non-sequitur.
Err how about Fulham away?

Look, I've been a Bacuna fan all season but he's playing out of position.

Fulham away is a better example, but how about Norwich at home? And Chelsea at home? He played well and as a full back in a full back way, which isn't just not making rash challenges - if that was the case then you could say Christian Panucci 'isn't a full-back'. Making a mistake in a position doesn't disqualify you from that position.
He's not a full back, IMO, even if he has done generally well.
He should not have dived in: the ball and the player were going away from goal; just jockey, don't dive in!

Even if he's played generally well at full back, he's not a full back because he made a mistake which has nothing to do with positioning. That's what you're saying, and it doesn't make sense.

STM, you think he gets caught out of position a lot? Fine. I disagree.

Our attitude is spot on this half and we should be level at least. It is also why I  see them scoring again very soon to finish this off.
