It's unbelievably satisfying to beat those horrible fuckwits isn't it.

I love all this bleating too, the incorrect sense of injustice they have is almost scouse like.

Warms the cockles of your heart doesn't it.

Exactly, Oz, you expect petulance from them but this took it to a new level.

We showed a lot of bottle and discipline in that performance and despite Chelsea having a lot more of the ball, overall I think we were the more threatening and defensively extremely well organised.

The Holte End is a great place to be on days like that.

If Willian hadn't been booked already we wouldn't even he discussing the red. Ref set the benchmark early on and was consistent. Mourinho was sent off for disputing the Ramires red. Unbelievable, Geoff.

All I want to add is that beating that bunch of classless, chavvy, nouveau riche c*nts is better than beating almost anyone else. UTV

I had a fabulous day. That piece by Beasley is shocking. One eyed in the extreme and the suggestion the ref should consider the damage he might do to the title race before officiating correctly beggars belief.

Still, what do you expect when it is written by a Chelsea fan from the Midlands.

I have no idea what game he was watching but it wasn't the same one as me.

In a nutshell, complete and utter biased bollocks.

Correct and for the record I would not wipe my arse with that dirty scummy lunatic right wing fuckwit of a 'news' paper. I'd rather the shit dry on my arse - it would still be cleaner.

One of the reasons I have been proud to support the Villa over the years is that the culture of the team not to cheat, for sure there has been the isolated individual ie Young but generally the game is played the way it should be. Chelsea deserved everything they got yesterday as they reflected everything that is bad about the modern game, from their Manager and his arrogance to players seeking to gain advantage by over dramatising very tackle or body contact. The ideology of 'everything is acceptable in order to win' should be Chelsea's strap line and if it come backs to bite you then have hypocrisy in bucket loads ready and available. I was a very proud individual driving home last night, each and every player that wore claret and blue gave 100% and worked for each other, well done and let's repeat against Stoke.

This is Aston Villa Football Club- and it is perfect.

Chelsea are certainly a team I can't stand nowadays after actually being indifferent to them for the first few years of the Abramovich era.

As I said on the pre match thread it's probably all the ridiculous decisions that have gone against us v them in the last few years so yesterday was perfect.

Finally beating Man. United at Villa park again would top yesterday though, that day has to come sooner or later surely particularly if Moyes remains at the helm for next season.

There's probably something I could fault if I could be bothered, but felt very proud of the team yesterday.

The Holte End is a great place to be on days like that.

The next best place is in the Doug Ellis watching the backdrop of the seething Holte End as Villa celebrate under the lights. One of the enduring sights in modern football. Magic

Patrick Collins (Mail Sports Writer) on Sportsweek on Radio 5 Live this morning summed it up perfectly. Quote: 'people say Mourinho has changed, but he hasn't changed - he gloats when he wins and he sulks when he loses' - now for the Mail that's pretty good.

LOOK at the Holte End!! LISTEN to the Holte End - Guy Mowbray, BBC MOTD commentator. Beautiful moment, beautiful commentary. Will live long in the memory.
I heard the commentary this morning watching MOTD. Brought a lump
 to my throat.

The Holte End is THE best stand anywhere in football. It's an awesome sight when packed and rocking. The Kop at Liverpool is quite simply nothing in comparison and never has been. It's magnificent.

Classic deflection from the real facts by Mourinho, ref was correct on all the key decisions with the exception of the Willian sending off, which was harsh. He wants to talk about Lambert, Gabby & our bench's reaction to deflect from the real talking point which is the scandalous & deliberate attempt to injure a fellow professional by Ramirez. I have no doubt Terry, Mourinho & Ramirez were making as much effort to get into our dressing room afterwards to make an apology, as they were at trying to confront the ref.

Fully deserved win, Chelsea created nothing, deserved nothing & got nothing.

When they need help, they usually get it, yesterday they didn't. UTV

I think that banner they have at their ground saying 'John Terry, Mr Chelsea or Captain Fantastic' or whatever shit it is sums them up perfectly. Utterly soulless, win at all costs, classless bunch of tossers and I absolutely despise everything about them
