I've been critical of him before but I thought KEA was a major factor today, he was excellent.
I was dealing with the second half in blocks of ten minutes. I was gutted when Gabby missed his header for 5-1 as I would have felt confident then of a point. As it was I relaxed at 90 mins.I left at 90 as I had a lift to get. When I heard the cheer outside for full time I wasn't totally convinced that was not a cheer for 4-2 until I heard it confirmed on the radio.

Really ran the midfield from about 20 mins onwards. Delph was a little short today ( however good cross for og) and KEA covered lot of ground and became our main ball winner.

Much needed win and most of the other results went perfectly for us. Dan also keeps his match thread gig for another week!
And, although it doesn't really matter after a result like that, I thought the ref was completely and utterly shit.No doubt that their no 27 should have been sent off, and Snodgrass a very strong candidate too.He let too much go, including the big shirt tug on Benteke in the box before we got the equaliser. Bassong pulling Gabby back at least twice and Bassong climbing all over Benteke for most of the game. At least Gabby's 3 or 4 "fouls" had "I've just clattered into this bloke really obviously so he doesn't get away and so you don't miss it ref!" written all over them!
