Some of us are a bit simplistic like that.Yes and such fierce riducle it was, you can tell Super Tom really wanted to be malicious - by the fleeting reference to a nickname that was used in the press 20 years ago. Good job you are here to defend SGT really otherwise who knows where the harsh ridicule may end. With anyone thinking it's funny being told what a c*** they are, probably. My advice - dry those salty tears that are running down your cheeks - take a deep breath - and try and gain some perspective on life.Aren't you the clever one? Perhaps you could tell us all what and what isn't important enough to comment on.

Sir Graham will go down in history as one of the clubs greatest servants.
Hi, I'm from toonforum.co.uk and we like to ask opposition fans questions to use in our pre match build up. The questions are:1 – How do you think you’ll line up?451 transforming into 4332 – How has Aston Villa's season gone so far? Happy?Crap. Expected much better however appears we have not improved on last season.3 – Who has been the biggest surprise this season for Aston Villa? Who has disappointed? No one has delighted and Benteke has been disappointing.4 – What are your views on Paul Lambert at the moment? Not happy with his views on FA cup and so far a big let down however I still want him around at the moment but if by Xmas next season we are no better than it's time to say goodbye.5 – Which players do you see being key for both sides? If Ron Vlaar is back than we will be fine. Foy you Remy coming back could make a big difference.6 – Where do you think Aston Villa will finish now?About 11 or 12th.7 – Where do you think Newcastle will finish now?9th8 – Who will finish in the top six? Who will go down?Top six..I really don't care as long as manure finish 7th. relegation Fulham, Cardiff and Norwich.9 – Scoreline prediction? We will win this 2-1.10 – If your football club was a vegetable, what vegetable would it be?Sprouts at the moment. Thanks in advance!

Not that I wish to dwell on this, but just for benefit of Quiet Lion and anyone else of a like mind, I think the point you’re missing is that in using the T-word in relation to Graham Taylor you’re prolonging and contributing to an unjust, vicious and personal attack on a thoroughly decent man. Mention that word to your average football fan today and chances are they’ll think of Graham Taylor immediately; that it still sticks in so many memories more than twenty years on shows what a huge and vindictive campaign it was. Consequently, in the eyes of far too many of the great British public, Graham Taylor is an inept football manager, something of a joke figure and a byword for failure. Every Villa fan should be offended by that, and none of us should ever be reinforcing such a gross misrepresentation by using that word in connection with his name, even in jest. If we can’t even rely on all Villa fans to shun that pathetic label after everything Graham Taylor did for our club, then that’s a poor return for his efforts. He deserves so much better than that from you. If that’s over-sensitive then fine, but I’d rather be that than ignorant.
