A decent day in the end for Bears close of play:
334-9 88 overs
OHD 16
Gordon 9
If Bears can score another 16 tomorrow morning will reduce Somerset's lead over us to 3 points.
Some performances elsewhere going in our favour as well with Sussex keeping Yorkshire in the field all day.
Then Northants getting Notts down to 25-4 after scoring 260 themselves.
Not a bad day for Bears.

PGW - is Gordon ok to bowl? - noticed he hasn't bowled yet. We can ill afford anymore injuries to the pace attack. Thanks for score updates!

Sorry VF that i never replied but a certain football match at 15:00 yesterday meant i left the house to go and watch it!!!! Yippee!
Yes Recordo is fit to bowl, i know he only bowled 9 overs in the Somerset innings  and i believe that was just down to captains choice.

Any way typical of the way the god's conspire against Warwickshire, they get themselves into a good position and it pisses down at Taunton.
I think though that may have subsided...according to Cricinfo gonna start at 11:30....so not too bad a delay....but i wonder what conditions are
like for us to bat in.

For any Pears supporters they are currently going really well and have batted themselves into this match:
194 & 213-2 Oliver 124 & Kervezee 65 a partnership standing at 181 at present. Glouc 378 do pears lead by 35

At Taunton Chopra off his pair 9-0 11 overs Chopra 1 Westwood 7 a lead of 90

A big day instore for Bears today Somerset requiring a further 403 to win with all 10 standing. Somerset won't get that but
van we bowl them out......hard job ahead of them with Somerset looking to survive.

Any way play has started on time with Rikki opening the bowling.
