One day I'll come away from one or other of the Old Traffords having not seen my team lose...

A poor batting display. Only 6 boundaries in a T20 match? Bowlers did well but batting was a let down.

Off to the Oval tomorrow to watch the resurgent Pears. It's been a good start to the season after the disasters of last year: 3 good wins and the better of 3 draws.

TBF the Lancs bowling was excellent throughout.

Bearing in mind that there was a low scoring ODI at Old Trafford the other day, it's certainly a very bowler-friendly square. I think they rotated the square following a redevelopment and that seems to have made batting more difficult.

I haven't been to Edgbaston for three or four years (I was a member for about 10 years) but I am really getting back into my cricket and am attempting to get my daughter and nephew into it.

I am looking at attending the T20 against Durham on Friday, weather permitting. My question is, are you still allowed to take your own food and beverages?
