We've been poor everywhere, but we've been absolutely atrocious in centre mid. A terrible half Villa and we're lucky not to be losing.

Yet again the constant changing of shape means a team that struggles to pass the ball anyway . .

And benteke nearly scores. Sort of

I'd still change it though.

No doubt Lambert thinks we've been fantastic this half.

No doubt about that whatsoever.

Bloody painful first half. We're a crap team. Thank god it's still 0-0.

I simply don't understand how the confidence and ability demonstrated against Arsenal and Liverpool albeit for 45 minutes simply hasn't been built on. The longer it goes the more like strangers we look. I really want Lambert to succeed but fuck me, this is gash so far.

I'm a Westwood fan but he's been very poor again this match. Not that he's helped out at all in any way by our Stone Age tactics and set-up.

Not sure anyone (still) knows what they're doing.

Gabby has done fuck all and as for Westwood, what does he have to do to be dropped?

Personally, I'd bring Weimann on for Gabby and Clark in for Westwood in midfield.
