First 8 or 9 minutes, we did well.

Since then we have looked second best by some distance.

WTF is wrong with Lambert? Is this what he actually wants?

I don't blame him for trying Bennett on the left of mf. A number of us have thought he's worth a go there.

i think he will be good there but not first game back from 4 months out.

After a season and a half and all the signings this is where we are. Struggling against fellow relegation strugglers.

Started well but the outnumbering in midfield has started to tell. Also, Cardiff, when they get the ball in midfield, what's that 'moving' thing their players do? It's weird.
Also passing to a team mate...

Sorry, I don't understand what you said. Was it Hungarian? Circa 1953?

So, hit the woodwork twice, pen turned down, goal ruled out.

And we're much much better away.

Big let off there. Hopefully it will wake us up but right now there only looks to be one team that were newly promoted and in the relegation zone.

Westwood needs to actually do something.

KEA for Bennett for me. 433 or 4312. Let's get a grip in midfield. Let's close them down better. Let's not leave bacuna one v one against zaha
We know we've got real problems if the answer is KEA!

and Luna ;)

The 442 isn't working. It was to begin with

A goal is coming here isn't it? We need to change the pattern of the game. Shuffling it wide for Alby to float a cross in from half way through their half every five minutes isn't working. And gabby and benteke aren't holding it up well enough

Is he playing tonight?  I genuinely didn't know.

Every loose ball falls for Cardiff. It really isn't good enough. Benteke and Gabby need to hold the ball up more.
