Fuck me, only just realised this is tomorrow night.

Hmmm.  We're great away and they're shite everywhere.  Let's say 3-2 to us.

Think back to the end of last season, when the Stripeys lost to every bottom of the league club they played then turned in to Barcelona on the last day. There will always be a suspicion about that - would you want us dragged down to that level?

Since they won on boxing day 2012 they've won 8 out of the next 44 league games, they are just shit, no conspiracy.

I haven't read, but will guess something similar has been mentioned. If Vlaar isn't playing I have very little faith. Very optimistic 2.2 if he isn't. 1.2 if he is.

Cold. Wet. Windy. Under floodlights. Cardiff will know they have to take the three points or their as good as gone.

2-0 to them.

Vlaar doubtful. Which usually translates as Vlaar out.

Reading a couple of Cardiff forums and the majority expect us to win including a few that think we'll really stuff them. They know they're poor and not good enough for the PL so are just trying to enjoy it while it lasts.

Looks like they may try to play us on the counter attack using the pace of Zaha, Noone and Campbell. I'm picturing both teams giving the ball to back each other in the hope that one team will commit players forward so the other can counter attack.

Saying that, I can't see anything other than a Villa win. It won't paper over the cracks of this season but it will go a long way in keeping us up.

In that case, every game in the country will be off. Damm that rain.

I know we were shit against west ham, but they've had a bit of a turnaround int their form recently and we were at home, where we generally underperform.

This match is away though to one of the shittest, if not the shittest team in the league.

Can't believe 52% are predicting a Cardiff win. Vlaar is a big loss for us, but we'll out score them.

3-2 Villa
