Haven't had mine yet either. They were supposed to be sent by beginning of August IIRC. If mine hasn't turned up by next weekend I'll give them a call. Anyone know how many we've sold so far?

Mine hasn't. I have however had a personal letter from David Cameron today requesting that my wife and I complete the two questionnaires enclosed and return them in the pre paid envelope. The letter states that the two questionnaires are identical but we should each give own own opinions so that he can understand what our priorities and concerns and concerns are. I completed the questionnaire with my name on. It would have helped if there had actually been another one enclosed in my wife's name. Actually it wouldn't have made a difference. She wouldn't have given a toss.

I can imagine the ref drawing a line and then drawing numerous new lines as he continues to back up from the Chelsea players. It will look like a railway track by the time he's done.
