bollocks, woodwork twice.

Albrighton best player....take note Lambert and leave him off the bench.

Very good from Albrighton, but sadly there's fuck all else and it's too late.

The Lambert myth. That every problem is because of our limiting budget and that us plebs can't see that he is actually a strategic genius. Effing bullshit, trying to fool us all. His team selections are lacking, his tactics often woeful. His transfer dealings questionable. Finances or not there are several question marks hanging over his tenure. Contract time? Think not.

I can't even blame Lambert. He's been asked to build a team by fucking bartering. Lerner, this is a mess of your making.

Lambert doesn't spend all he's given. He revels in the young, hungry an' shit model. This is his shaggin' "project".

The reason they haven't turned on him is just passages like that - it may have been appallingly innocuous, but we were passing it around and at least trying to play good football. The problem is that everything about Lambert, from the bog-standard formation to the obsession with Big Lump Strikers, indicates that he doesn't really know how to get us to play the style properly - a nuance Lerner and Faulkner will never understand.

Weimann comes closest to scoring and we take him off
Albrighton came closest to scoring.

Let's keep them both on?

Bertrand looks like he has a problem. Bennett first appearance of the season?

Weimann only came closest to scoring if you're Trevor Francis. For the rest of us it was Albrighton who hit the post.

How unlucky Marc - any luck it is 2-2 now.

I don't want to hear about luck, especially from Lambert.

I bow to Lambert's superior footballing experience. But I have to say, starting games with no wingers in the team when you've got a Benteke up front, just seems fucking dumb to me.
