I can't even blame Lambert. He's been asked to build a team by fucking bartering. Lerner, this is a mess of your making.

Nocerino comes on as a sub. He's a real, old-fashioned, cattivo, Gattuso-style arsehole midfield stopper. Pretty much Allardyce's ideal player at this stage.

I know he is a ******, but Collins is winning everything in the air for them and marshaling the back line well.  We have the chuckle brothers.

The creeping inevitability of relegation is the worst thing.

It might not even happen this year but to continue to take such risks, and extend the risk with new contracts for underperformers, makes it an almost certainty.

Why wasn't Albrighton brought on earlier. Clueless Lambert

If Lambert says we played well today I may just murder him brutally.

He will, though, he always does.

I've started making a point of not watching or reading his comments recently, it's the same every week.

What do you expect from a manager who is as thick as pigshit, and has a vocabulary of about 100 words.

It's OK though, because we're tenth.

Oh, well, we used to be.

Weimann comes closest to scoring and we take him off

What a miserable four years to be a villa fan. 49 points from our last 50 home games.

Unacceptable.

We'll only score from a set piece or penalty

Albrighton's already been our best player. Westwood is also playing well

You can't say it would have been like this if we'd started this side, but it does look a better template for home games

Here comes Holt.

How unlucky Marc - any luck it is 2-2 now.
