In his interview he looked like he'd wasn't really believing what he was saying. He looks crushed. Imagine the players walking into training and been given a talk or session by him. He looks like he's running on empty. Another reason an assistant should have been bought in at least to give a different approach with different ideas. I will say the players really need to look at themselves after tonight. No fight, no idea. If a change isn't made I think we've had it.
It normally goes that you need around 38 points to stay up. Where are we going to get another 16 points from? UTV

You know how we all had a bit of a chuckle about how I was the manager etc etc?

Do you actually think I would, or even all of you for that matter, would actually be able to do any worse?

Give it to Sherwood. We're going down anyway, let's try and do something different, it's not going make it any worse.

Swap managers with Dortmund: they like Lambert, we'll take Klippety-Klopp off their hands.

I find it hard to imagine that if I were manager and let the players train how they want, and just sent out the players for the last 10 games with the words "play how you want and enjoy it" that we'd do worse than 3 points and 2 goals.

I want to know who "QPR's" dream manager is? Watch them get someone who's the dogs now, someone who probably would of jumped at the chance to be here....

Pretty sure it's Laudrup.

Michael Laudrup. Possibly.

Exactly how I've been thinking. Does a football club need a manager? Because I hear a lot of footballers saying, " He just lets me play with freedom and express myself".

Oh players, play....done.

QPR's dream man is Laudrup apparently.

From the close ups at the match he looks a broken man.He is saying something but his body language tells a different story.

Thing is not only is he finished here ,his record over last 12 months probably leaves him to follow the same managerial career Gregory achieved once he left us.I can not see another Premier League side employing him

I can see where you are coming from, but I think you are wrong.

The forceful personalities in the side, e.g. Gabby and Delph, are not leaders. Players like Evans. Mortimer and Withe would sort things out on the field. We have nothing like them. No player worth his salt would follow Lambo's dumb instructions.

I've been saying for a while it looks like the job is getting to him. I even said it to Legion at the open training day. I think the job has beaten him.

Walking back to the car tonight, I said to my dad on the phone that the most depressing thing about it isn't the loss and realisation that our number is up, but that Lambert will still be in charge next week, the week after that and so on. We will be being told what a good job he did with Norwich to get them up while they try and sell us a £545 season ticket.
