After today there should only be one No vote on that poll

11 goals in 20 league games.

And we didn't score in our one cup game, either.

That is just shocking.

Palace today were one of the worst sides I've ever seen in this division. To not even look like scoring against them is unforgiveable.

The worst part is, they looked closer to scoring in the game too. They were abysmal.

If this transfer window is not used to fix the attacking potential we'll still survive but it's going to be excruciating to watch. He's fixed the back four and the addition of Sanchez has also helped that to happen so I have not given up hope yet. He's not going to be sacked so please please use this transfer window to add some quality like Sanchez but in a creative way.

I'm glad. After such a poor festive period I'm not sure I'm in the mood for mindless optimism toward a clearly shite Lambert. It's like someone trying to adamantly convince us that an Orange is purple.

EIEIO.

1 goal in our last 5. Which have been games against a very shit Albion (their only win in 10), an average Manure, an okay Swansea, and a very shit Palace and Sunderland.

Exactly. Benteke can only pull off something exceptional every so often too. We've got to start scoring some bread and better goals. That would be aided enormously be immediately dropping Weimann and Gabby. Neither of whom offer anything as attacking midfielders, or even have the basic attributes required.

The thing that bothers me is there won't be any acknowledgement of how bad that was. No apology to the fans. No noises of what's being done to correct it.

Its not the players, you could give him the 2012 Barcelona team and he would somehow turn them into Yawnathon United.

You can make that 22 league games after the last 2 games of last season.

Stato alert.

Running 38 game totals
Points 40 Scored 32 Goal Diff -24

38 game prognosis from last 19 games
Points 38 Scored 20 Goal Diff -24

Without trying to defend him, I actually have given up with that and feel we need another change of manager, I'm just clinging onto the hope he will fix it. That's all I have because he won't be sacked.

Understand, I just think that there is already enough there to get more than 1 goal in 5 games.
