Everyone has been praising him.

Yes I know, he's been great but you said he was a TSM signing that Lambert had inherited as part of your argument.

Rome wasn't built in a day.
No, but it collapsed pretty much overnight after they all got too complacent, accepting of poor leaders and stopped trying to develop / improve.

Everyone has been praising him.
But it's not everyone who is suggesting that inheriting McLeish's squad was some sort of terrible disadvantage to him.

Paul is our manager and isn't getting sacked.

Roll on New Year's Day.

Well that's a statement of fact we pretty much all agree on.

Whether that's a good or bad thing is a matter of opinion.

Or judge him in May, or when he has his best side for a decent run of games, or given some money. Didn't hear any booing on Sunday or Paul out chants.

You're judging him now as well though. It's just that your judgement is different to everyone else's. Out of interest how bad do we have to get before you apportion any blame to him? Will it never be his fault?

could wait forever to get his best side on the field...he has to work with what is available like every other manager...

As for money, he hasn't been starved!

How about coaching the ones available (mostly ones he purchased) to be better?

What's with this when he has his  best side thing . He has enough quality there to win more games and score more goals than we do and there is always injuries and suspensions to deal with , just look at money bags man city with no strikers for eg.

There always seem to be excuse after excuse .
