So the knives are out for Pulis and he hasn't even started yet

Surprised? He's the one appointment that may have been even more unpopular than TSM isn't he?

On the other hand we were laughing at what a ridiculous thought hiring Allardyce would be.

Marcelo Biesla.  Although he's now the current manager of Marseille, he's declared his interest (via the media) before.

I don't want Pulis but the cap wearing monkey would do better than the current manager on limited resources.

Just a cap would be better.

Now the Mail have proved they are a paper capable of indignation and an opinion (+the ability to mount a bangwagon) with the minutes silence / applause thing we can only hope that they might try the same with how they report / express opinion on our football club.

Cant see a Dr Jo headline ever again.....

Here, where's the Saints match preview thread? Time is marching on.
Just started it.

You could have started it yourself though y'know  ;)

I thought exactly the same. They won't though. They haven't got the balls.

I gave myself the tin-tack last season.

If it were up to me, Lambert would be picking up his P45 tomorrow, but I'd honestly rather saw my own head off than see Pulis appointed.

What's the point in jumping from the frying pan into another frying pan?

The frying pan with the cap is less likely to get you relegated?

Pulis has a tactical awareness and an ability to win games in the top flight. A proven experience over a few years too.
