For me its the shit served up, I enjoyed going to matches in the old 3rd division more than the last few years. I actually typed in tears to start with.

The size of the crowds is the bigger embarrassment.

Our away support is second to none, but a VP it is one of the worst atmospheres, due to lack of numbers and the Trinity Road fans.

UTV

That a massive amount of fans are fickle.

From MON's last year we're now putting up with our 6th consecutive season of poor football at home. The average crowd had gone above 40,000 before that. Maybe if we had a decent product to watch they'd come back?

You have just proved my point.

What, that our fans aren't stupid?

I'm not being funny asking this, but how old are you?

Lee's on the pull!

95% of the top flight clubs would not have 25% of their total gate missing for a Sunday home game v Spurs.

I would dispute that a hell of a lot of the clubs would have significantly reduced gates if they had a) had the run of results we have just had and b) had to endure the tactics and results that Lambert has served up for 2.5 years.

95% of Premiership clubs would have sacked a manager with his record long before now....unfortunately we are the 5%

Saying all that we could have panicked and swapped him for Pulis...then it might have been 25% +1 who wasn't in attendance vs Spurs

He said he only goes to "some away games". What sort of part time Johnny Come Lately is he? Only "some"? I bet he has a half and half scarf from Old Tarfford. You wouldn't want to be shagging that Lee.

Split screens my boy, split screens.

The Lee wanks with one hand, and takes calls with the other.

A typical Westley debate goes something like this.

'Westley, why do you think Lambert should stay?'

'Er, I'll be at Burnley'.

I sat across from a father & son today at the airport and started talking about football.
I said I supported villa and he laughed and said we are rubbish.

A 7 or year old leeds fan. His dad said he watches football 6 he's a day!

Not sure if this is the right thread, but I have just had a call from the AV ticket office offering me (I think) a one off season ticket for £10 plus free AVTV for a month and special deals on home and away tickets etc I declined asking the lady to call back once Mr Lambert was gone, she appologised, I went on to explain I had been a season ticket holder for donkeys years and our football was not good she appologised again and thanked me for my feedback. Poor woman.
A season ticket for a tenner!!
Frigging hell, even for the shit we have to put up with, that's one hell of a deal.
Mind you, still questionable whether it's value for money.
