I found this on twitter courtesy of @avfc_clampy. It's difficult seeing Villa this bad, but for me it's how consistently bad we've been. How long can that continue?
What's the bollox about "since we have been in the premiership"?. I stopped reading as soon as I saw that.

You should know by now that football has only been in existence since 1992.

Great support yesterday. Very positive. not a single laptop.

Why would there be a laptop at the game?

I think he is making one of his frequent sneery comments aimed to make you think that supporters who complain about Villa on the internet aren't actually "supporters"

That's bad enough, but I like the selective use of stats as well. Worst start in the Premiership. What constitutes a start to the season? Do we come up with a random number of games? Sir Brian losing the first 4 was worse.
And the only manager to lose to a 4th tier team over two legs in a semi final. It's probably the only time we've played a 4th tier team in a two legged semi final.
And the use of question marks as they don't even know if some of the stats are correct.

He's got enough shit stats to his name without trying to twist things to make them even worse.

Isn't this one made a bit worse by the fact that it's not just a Villa statistic, but something that no other team has ever done?

And how many times has a top flight side played a 4th tier side in a two-legged semi? Just losing to a 4th tier side is damning enough without the hyperbole of "only" manager to do it when it's a match scenario that has very very rarely happened.

Can't see the bugger leaving any time soon. If the truly appalling performances of the last two years were not enough to convince our knob of an owner to show him the door but instead give him a new contract, why would he now get rid. Besides, any new manager coming in would expect funds for January, something Lerner clearly wouldn't fancy doing. What I really cannot fathom is why Tom Fox left Arsenal to join this shower of shit.

Stats or no stats I think we can all agree that his tenure ,particularly at home, has been mainly painful to watch.
What often puzzles me is his starting eleven,it's very rarely what I would like to see,but usually very predictable.
We have no natural width, and I found myself wishing we still had Albrighton yesterday even though he wasn't great but he at least created a few chances and we have no-one currently to do something similar?

Maybe he's Lerner's other love child, Lambert clearly being the first.

At same stage in Lambert's first 2 seasons -
P 11   W  2  D 3 L 6  F 10 A 17 Pts 9
P 11   W 4  D 2 L 5 F 11 A 12 Pts 14

And now
P 11 W 3 D 2 L 6  F 5 A 16 Pts 11

Remarkably consistent!
