I said on the match thread last night that sat on the bench he looked like someone who had turned up to an exam and discovered that he'd spent the last 3 years reading the wrong subject material.

I think I've worked out the subjects.  His exam was in physics, but he'd been reading about  philosophy.

He's got some lovely ideas about how he thinks the world is and how he'd like it to be, and although he a basic grasp of the vocabulary of his actual chosen subject, electricity, magnetism, force, work, momentum etc. he hasn't got the foggiest clue how any of it works at a fundamental level and even less of a clue how they relate to each other.

Coming soon to a football ground near you - from the men who brought you the Houllier Horror, the McLeish Macabre and the Lambert Lament - the Pullis Purgatory?

I really do not want them to spend any more money on managers that we end up paying to leave us alone. A manager like Tiny penis can only ever be a short term fix, he is not going to be wanted by any new owner with ambition meaning we will have him and Lambert with fat wallets as we start again.

I would take a defeat against Spurs if it guaranteed Lambert was sacked forthwith.

I actually believe that a 6th defeat will be enough if the performance is as insipid as the usual stuff his team produces and the crowd react accordingly.

I can not see how he can survive a Bolton moment.

I wish I had your confidence. I think we could lose 8 on the bounce with nothing happening.

No thanks to Pulis. Moyes, on the other hand...

I've voted give him until Christmas. That's just trying to bear in mind the run of games we had. Lerner won't fire him though. Surely he can't afford to pay him off? Why-oh-holy-why did we give him a four year contract! That is up there with some of the finest gaffes this regime have ever made for me. I think over the course of his tenure with us, he has done more than enough to be fired, at numerous points along the way.

Villa's ownership and leadership need a clue.
And I think it's plain we need a new direction in terms of the football we play. It's not working.

When Moyes took over Everton wasn't they suffering similar to what we are now? I'm sure they were.

We could be bottom of the league by Christmas. He's had more time than he's ever deserved and he needs to be sacked now before it's too late.

I think I'd give up completely if Pulis ever took over. Can't belive so many have fallen for his lucky months at Palace. Even then he walked out while his stock was high and has lived off it since. He is anti-football and shouldn't be anywhere near our great club.
Anyway let's rid ourselves of Lambert first.

I'm done with him, I've been a big supporter of his but we're fucking woeful.

Whenever we do get a good result a fucking spanking is waiting for us round the corner, it's like being held captive and being fed just enough to keep you alive, so they can inflict more pain on you.

Correct.

He has a new 4-year contract. How exactly do you suggest we get rid of him?

Whatever the reasons, and that obviously includes a lot of issues with the owner, it just hasn't worked out for Lambert and I can't see that changing.

I don't hate him the way I did O'Leary, but like Houllier, and McLeish he's bad for us and I can't see any change in our fortunes with this combination of owner and manager.

The fucking chairman can pay for it out of his own pocket, it was his idea.

Just saw someone mention Steve McClaren. Interesting. Can't say I'm overwhelmed, but he's do better than the current shower of shite.

If we were to somehow get rid of him, imagine who the absolute fuck they'd bring in next?! Trevor Francis. Randy gets a letter from the/a Queen. This isn't justification for keeping Lambert, by the way. Just fear talking.
