I'm finding it hard to understand some of the decisions at the moment. I'm sure we brought TC In to play "in the hole", I'm sure Okore looked ace and confident in a Villa shirt and I thought Jack would have been a shining light for tonight?

I'm losing patience and I'm beginning to worry he's not got it in him to change things here, he might do ok else where as I'm positive he could be a good manager. He's a really decent chap and seems to get our club, but something is wrong.

He's not going to be sacked though is he? Will he walk? I don't know, but it's not fun is it?

He won't be sacked during the season. It's a waste of time discussing it.

Let's talk relegation then, because that's where he's leading us this season.

Ads is right, though. He isn't going to get sacked.

And that is the absolute worst thing about all this.

If we lost 10-0 to Spurs this weekend, he's not getting sacked.

I think you are right about that fact. But surely there has be a f****ing breaking point. I am sure you know that frustration and expletive was aimed at the situation and not you. I bet you wish you could be so poor at your job and rake in the money he does. I actually like the bloke but he just isn't good enough to manage our football club.

Surely Mr Fox must be looking at this with utter disbelief , how is he going to get more sponsorship / income into club when the stuff on the pitch is so poor.

It is an utter shambles than Lambert got a 4 year contract , I didn't see anyone knocking on the door to steal him away from us !!

I totally agree, there has to be a breaking point.

The problem is, I don't think Lerner is bright enough (I honestly think he's a fucking idiot, utterly clueless. I know that sounds like personal abuse, but hey ho, there has been too much evidence that way) to spot the breaking point, or interested enough to do anything about it.

I have no confidence in Lambert whatsoever, but I have even less in Lerner.

This is a man who gave Lambert, just a few weeks ago, a new four year contract.

It beggars belief.

He is shoehorning too many underperformaning players into the side for one and second, isn't offering a way of attacking the opposition.

We need to revert back to something simple. It might not be pretty, but look at tonight, Sanchez wins the ball and is looking to move it on quickly and the scene in front of him is Gabby too deep, Cleverley pushed wide and you ask yourself, how are we going to break them down?

I think the answer is functional; 442. It's not going to take us to anything inspiring, but say Samchez and Cleverley central and moving the ball wide to quick players capable of putting balls I to Benteke and getting say Bent close to him, surely has a lot more to offer than the absence of a means of attacking we see now.

I wanted Lambert when he came and thought he did ok after that first season, but not only have we not licked on we've got progressively worse.

Throw in the routine Cup defeats against lower league (and we're talking 2 divisions below) opposition, worst ever league defeat, most home defeats in a season etc, the shameful behaviour of Karsa and Culverhouse (either he didn't know and why the feck not or he did know and is equally culpable), dreadful football to watch, defeatist attitude, the embarrassing and shambolic casting off of the bomb squad only to have to re-integrate them and complete inability to react during games means I just cannot for the love of McGrath believe that he was given a new 4 year extension.

We all know he should be gone but it just shows with Lerner there I can't see it.

I wonder what influence Tom Fox will have, maybe it was Fox's decision to extend his contract.  Thing is, Lerner is such a Buffoon I've less confidence in him than I have in Lambert and that really is saying something.

That's true. The bomb squad reversal, the Culverhouse Karsa thing, the whole fucking lot is an embarrassing shambles.

I personally think that just goes that there is little in terms of planning and he's just making things up as he goes along.  I mean Alan Hutton is nowhere to be seen for two years, has a handful of decent games and is suddenly awarded a new long term contract.  That just defies any kind of rational logic, especially as the two players who had been playing instead of him during those two years are still at the club.

It worries me that we've been getting beaten week in week out for a good 50 odd games with this formation but he still can't think of anything else. Another Lerner blunder giving him a 4 year contract, must have been expecting another Southampton 0-0 style celebration after our opening 4 games.

As some have pointed out would anyone trust the owner to get the next appointment right?  Everyone would be salivating at the thought of moyes resurrecting our fortunes, happy enough with Pulis providing some stability and resolve.  When in would walk Grandad Malcolm Crosby to 'take us back to where we belong.'

Lerner ( a trust fund baby laughingly described by the more gullible as a "businessman") is doing what all trust fund babies do. That is pissing daddys money up against the wall.

Unless or until one of his " advisors " advises him to get rid of Lambert he won't. The only thing that worries me is what this fool will do next.

Sack him now, please. On the way home from QPR.  Tactically he's poor, The majority of signings he's made aren't upto scratch. Major surgery is needed on the squad.

We need a forward thinking, tactically aware coach. Step forward, Mancini. (In my dreams).

Lambert and Lerner are the Laurel & Hardy of football.

Mr Fox what are your business facilitation skills like?

I've been a Lambert fan the whole time but enough is enough. I understand the fiscal pressures and the tough nature of the job. But this simply cannot go on. Whilst Moyes is out there we have options. but Lambert has to go. No excuses.

I've been more patient than most with Lambert, but fuck me i'm pissed off with him, and Keane, tonight. Not so much the result, shit happens (often to us), but the tactical ineptness shown by both. It was blatantly obvious early in the second half we needed changes, 10 mins before their second I said we needed to. But no, they wait until players are tired, I reckon that was why Sanchez started giving the ball away more, mental and physical tiredness. And we are 2-0. But even if they hadn't made it 2, why wait until 20 mins left when losing. Fuck me, i'm no footballing genius but I know that waiting that long rarely fucking works.

And the changes? Bent and Cole. Well, the pace and sharpness of that pair is really going to make a difference. Did Bent even touch the fucking ball? Bent stood on the penalty spot hoping for a sitter isn't a tactical change you plums. Zog and/or Bacuna who will at least run at the defence is. Especially when we'd most of the problems we did cause them were out wide. And exactly how fucking shit does Gabby have to be to get subbed? Guzan up front would have done than him tonight. And lets flog Benteke to death by leaving him on when he's obviously knackered.

Arse biscuits, I fucking hate football.

For Christ sake sack him and go to David Moyes cap in hand and make him our new manager. We can't go on like this anymore. Paul Lambert has humiliated our club for too long. For fuck sake get out of our club!
