You never know. If we haven't scored again by January he might just get the bullet.

League record - W 23 D 20 L 42!
Home League Record - W 12 D 9 L 21
Away League Record - W 11 D 11 L 21

Shocking shocking stuff and that doesn't include the cups.

It's not very difficult, Randy. Get a piece of paper and on one side write down how much relegation will cost us. On the other side, write down how much it would cost to pay Lambert up. There you go old son.

As I said earlier, we're just so predictable. Our only ploy is to look to get into crossing positions, so they just have a defender go to the near post and then press the ball and 90% are cut out either by a tackle or at the front post leaving the odd one here and there that they actually have to compete for or crosses that go over the top of everyone, it's just so easy to read.  The frustrating thing is, we did play the ball into the feet of the frontmen a bit tonight but no one behind them moved so they ended up either being fouled or passing the ball back where it came from.  We nee to just start training basics, lots of fitness work, lots of pressing high and lots of pass and move.  I don't trust Lambert to do any of that so he might as well go now, when a team who've looked poor all season find it so easy to defend against you it's clear that things need to change and if the manager can't deliver that you have to find one who will.

I'm scared of us winning again just in case his contract gets extended.

The fact he has been here over two seasons and won a total of 12 home league matches is just utterly shocking.

I wanted Lambert when he came and thought he did ok after that first season, but not only have we not licked on we've got progressively worse.

Throw in the routine Cup defeats against lower league (and we're talking 2 divisions below) opposition, worst ever league defeat, most home defeats in a season etc, the shameful behaviour of Karsa and Culverhouse (either he didn't know and why the feck not or he did know and is equally culpable), dreadful football to watch, defeatist attitude, the embarrassing and shambolic casting off of the bomb squad only to have to re-integrate them and complete inability to react during games means I just cannot for the love of McGrath believe that he was given a new 4 year extension.

We all know he should be gone but it just shows with Lerner there I can't see it.

I wonder what influence Tom Fox will have, maybe it was Fox's decision to extend his contract.  Thing is, Lerner is such a Buffoon I've less confidence in him than I have in Lambert and that really is saying something.

That's true. The bomb squad reversal, the Culverhouse Karsa thing, the whole fucking lot is an embarrassing shambles.

He won't be sacked during the season. It's a waste of time discussing it.

Let's talk relegation then, because that's where he's leading us this season.

Can't we go back in time to December 2012 and sack the useless Baldrick then?

Ads is right, though. He isn't going to get sacked.

And that is the absolute worst thing about all this.

If we lost 10-0 to Spurs this weekend, he's not getting sacked.

I think the sacking of mangers after a few games is ridiculous. But our bloke is the luckiest manager in Britain to still be in a job.

I'd like someone to come up with one decent reason why this loser shouldn't get his cards now.

Because Randy Lerner is the decision maker, the most clueless man at the Club.
