Can you quote where since then I have changed my position.

Towards the end there was a loud chant of you don't know what you're doing. Just before the final whistle and after the final whistle there were two loud chants of we want Lambert out.
Just seen a video of this on Facebook, ooooooh dear, Shit collides with fan time i fear.

I think we need to embrace a brotherhood of man approach until we are (hopefully) safe. I'm not talking about wearing flares and singing shit songs, I mean pulling together and channelling some positivity through these pages, otherwise we'll all be calling the Samaritans. Or killing each other.

Ps Sack the board! (Winky thing)

Yesterday I saw how gutted Delph and Vlaar were at the fans reaction at the end...seems like them two understand where we are coming from, and I'm sure Guzan does too.

I don't trust this board to appoint a decent manager, that's why I'm not that actually desperate to pot him. The results make him sackable but in all honesty we'd just appoint a Steve Clarke or Malky Mackay to replace him so would be in exactly the same position next year.

I've just made the point on VT but how come a Fulham team on the brink of relegation appoint someone like Felix McGarth, twice a Bundesliga winner and vast Bundesliga and European experience. If he keeps them up they'll be comfortable mid table next season imo.

That's the standard we need, that's the standard we needed post MON but instead we were coaxing Houllier out of semi retirement ffs.

This board are not good enough on so many levels I'm afraid, investment, strategy etc.

Snap. The Board have proved their incompetence time and time again.

Using the toaster is enough to set our smoke alarm off.

Reminds me of a house I used to rent years ago, ended up smashing the alarm with a broom handle.

Like DO'L before him, Paul Lambert will never manage in the premier league again.

Utterly,  utterly incompetent.

Another issue is that I am sure I am right in saying we have  collected the most bookings , we are not a dirty team we just have no composure .We cant keep the ball and give needless fouls away.

Something is very wrong behind the scenes with the coaching IMO

I have no faith that they know how to make the right appointment. If the clubs owner lacks ambition then finding a Manager that has ambition (which is a pre requisite) is almost impossible.

Watching the game yesterday and then watching that harrowing U Tube clip it is apparent that the players are completely shot and playing with a lot of fear.

That is what happens when the manager gets it so wrong on so many levels. They have to fire him and we have to hope that they find some gumption from somewhere.

Why blame the board for this appointment? Lambert was the one many of us wanted. This current malaise is not the boards fault. Lambert has had money to spend. He chose to bring in, what? 15 or so players for around 40 mill. Mostly dross. Other than Benteke, Vlaar and a couple of others who are ok ish. The board do not train the players or select the tactics. Surely, 6 quality players on a decent wage adds up to 15 players on lower wages? I don't buy this Charlie Nicholas stuff. He's a Scottish man, sticking up for his Scottish mate. Lambert has been found out at a very big club. Out of his depth, time for a change. And yes, I think the board will be ok with the next choice. They have to be.

Fully agree with Newby. Extremely unfair to blame the board for appointing him. He was an emergent manager like Rodgers and Martinez (then).
I blame the board only for not sacking him four months ago, when it became (or it should have become) clear to all that he is tactically inept, doesn't have a gameplan, doesn't have any awareness of the defensive movements, and that he had lost  the team.
