I am planning to write books about Villa managers, past and present, with bits of indie bands throw in the mix.

First off the block, Lambert.

Nothing concrete yet except the book title - Lambert: The Football Manager Equivalent of Shed Seven.

It would probably be shit or sell shed loads.

Cringemakingly bad spoof. I am embarrassed for the sad arse who did it.

Me too. Replace the Scottish accent with a Brummie accent, would we have found it so funny?
Forget the accent the words are funny because they echo Lambert's interview answers albeit a little extreme. This fellow Paul Reid does lot of other managers and footballers. All on you tube.

Oh how I laughed at that spoof clip, absolutely brilliant though he does sound slightly more intelligent and coherent than Lambert. Mind you, so do my two dogs
Richard could you be persuaded  to be a little less personal when attacking Lambert?

Yeah Richard, there's no need to insult your dogs like that. It's uncalled for. Give them a bonio and apologize.

The crazy thing with our time with Lambert is although for the most part we have been pretty rubbish to watch for long periods we have also scored some of our best goals in that period.

I have never known a team so dependent on confidence. It seems to effect everyone who plays for us, not just a few but the whole bloomin lot!
