At Lye so will be through the doors of home in ten minutes. They can still fuck right off.

I cannot stop grinning.

Keown on MOTD mostly blaming / crediting Lugano for aiding Villa. Hansen pointing out that Villa were amazing to come back from 2 down in 9 minutes.

I notice Neil Moxley in the Mail is referring to it as a "controversial penalty".

Watching the highlights, I thought we were absolutely excellent from their second to Mulumbu's equaliser.

Our 2nd was all down to Lowton, bust a gut to get up in support and then put a perfect ball in when it broke for him.

I wonder what Holt would be like in central defence. Not the quickest, but he's composed enough.
Good point that.

Can you imagine the reaction on here if Lambert put Holt anywhere near our defence?

Holt wouldn't be afraid of anything that's for sure.

I listened to 5 live in the second half just to keep up with the other scores...my word Pat Murphy is just an Albion arse licker.

Tbh Benteke slots his chance away and it's 4-2 going in half time and I think we'd have comfortably (for us) seen off the 2nd half but they go straight up the pitch and Mulumbu scores.

Then obviously it turned on the lugano missed. That was all Albion created in the second half bar that free header at the end although we didn't create much either. Still after the first half the 22 players were excused a breather!

Fair play on Vlaar aswell, he's starting to look like a proper villa centre half. I really thought he'd be subbed at half time as he seemed to be injured after the third WBA goal. Was certainly struggling at the end, probably why we put Baker on to give us some more legs at the back.

Hope he's o.k for Everton.

Agree fully. 30 mins gone for me and we're looking very good.

Phew! That was some match and I'm still out of breath. Nothing to add, I'm just happy to have won the game and send those horrible Neanderthal yam yams back to the land that time forgot.
Well done Villa!
