We get up and we go again.

This is nailed on for a palace one nil I'm afraid.  81 minutes.

Wouldn't we love an n'zogbia on the bench now? Getting sick of this

I can't believe this defence will keep a clean sheet so I think we definitely need at least one

Boring boring boring

Again

We miss NZogbia massively. People forget how much of a catalyst he was for us changing our form last season. West Brom away, West Ham and Fulham home, he was excellent. We need that player who can just find a pass, put their foot on it, beat a man in dangerous areas etc.

Said yesterday, Maloney on the cheap would be worth getting for this team.

true , he was one of the players that saved us and then Lambert   gives him number 7368239 in squad

At least my half-time boxing day turd offered some welcome relief, should have delivered that this morning but my bowels didn't want to play ball. Worth the wait though, a two-flusher with admirable skid mark and house evacuating stench. Minworth look out.

''They were brilliant for me in that half'' said Lambert.
"I thought we were excellent, really really excellent at times".

There will be posters on the post match thread saying pretty much the same thing. Or that Lambert has a plan that is coming to fruition in 2021, we just all need to be more patient and we could still finish one place higher that last season which is progress, and we've got lots of injuries, loads more than any other club and on and on and on...

the pro Lambert supporters dont come on the match thread , it winds them up with the moaning

but ffs  how can we put up with this dross week in week out .

no leadership, no drive, no self-belief, no-one taking responsibility. Someone has to grab the game by the scruff of the neck, but they are all hoping someone else will.

Still not scored in the first-half at home this season. Rubbish.

Did anybody else hear the Holte "You don't know what you're doing" just before half time?

West Ham and Sunderland both winning at Arsenal and Everton

We haven't had to factor in 'Wigan type' results to date into our annual misery but looks as if we might have to soon....
