Any worse than the form of Sylla, Baker, Luna, KEA, Bacuna, Benteke, Tonev etc. though?  I feel it would be lop sided having Albrighton on the right and no one on the left (albeit Tonev could start) so I'd let Weimann start in the hole.

I'd rather have Albrighton starting in the whole. I think he's earned a run in the positions Weimann would be in, so if there's no space for two of them Albrighton wins out.

I'd be tempted to play Bacuna, Weimann and Albrighton as a 3 behind Kozak or Benteke. Go for a two man midfield with Delph and Westwood.

I'd play it more as a straight 3 up top, but that is the front 6 I'd like to see.
