Council workers just arrived at urinal in Small Heath with some blue and white paint.

And copies of the Sun - cut into appropriately sized pieces

This is the sort of thing that makes me optimistic for the future. It's the type of bright idea we had when Randy first arrived and hadn't seen much of for a couple of years. Whoever thought of it deserves a bonus.
