It is the balance. We need 2-3 quality players to pull it all together.
More like 5 or 6

If Lambo thinks these players are going to improve into those worthy of a top ten side then he needs his head shaking.

There's a thread on here where we are slagging off the Boggies for sacking their manager.

There are loads of posts on here suggesting we do the same.

Get a grip lads eh?

To be fair we have had chances especially early on. Get one goal and it's a different game.

He thinks Westwood could play for England. That says it all.

Anyone ever have their head injured as much as Baker?

Lambert has been let down by the players today, but he needs to stand up to Lerner in Jan and say he needs 2, maybe 3 6-7 million pound players of quality if we are going to be comfortable.

For once our passing of the ball is far from the big problem here. I suspect Westwood and sylla haven't given it away yet. Alby doing ok. The problem is clearly elsewhere
Whats so frustrating its not as if we did not try and fix it in the summer. Jores Okore looked a great player and him and Ron could have been very good. The problem is Concrete Ron is more like Tissue Paper Ron and with the pair out we aint good enough back there. Maybe we should have thought about a loan when Okore got crocked.
Okore does look a cracking prospect but he's still young too. There's no garauntee he'll hit the ground running when he gets back. Though I think he'll do well.
We do however desperately need experience and a bit of intelligence throughout the pitch.

We are a mid table side. However you take out our best two defenders, our best MF and add in a star striker badly out of form and this is the end result for all mid table sides.
