Depending on whether Luna and Vlaar are fit, Lambert has to play a more expansive game, with players playing to their strengths.
So, Guzan - Lowton, Vlaar, Clark, Luna - Gabby, KEA, Delph, Westwood, Bacuna - Benteke.

Or, Guzan - Lowton, Herd, Clark, Baker - Gabby, KEA, Delph, Westwood, Bacuna - Benteke.

This gives us more solidity defensively and yet there is more flexibility between defence and attack. Supporting Benteke can be shared between all 5 midfielders. The decisive bit will be ensuring that Benteke does not get isolated.

Save Weimann and Tonev / Albrighton for the last 20-25 minutes.

0-1 dodgy penalty courtesy of a dive by Young most likely occurring in the last minute.

Great time to play them but we're missing two key players. Could be quite a few goals. 3-2 us, Benteke hat-trick.

If Tekkers turns up we have a chance. If not I can't see who's going to provide the goals because I think Utd will score at least 2.

Do we ever get the play these bastards with out first choice XI ?

Seems like every time their game comes around we've got players out.

Would be nice to think we'll get something outta this but got the feeling that we'll be autograph
hunting as usual, even though I can't see why any one would want either Nathan Cleverley's or
Jonny Evans. UTV

They have Carrick and Fellaini out as well according to physioroom. They have both Rooney and Van Persie available, however.

Definitely us being naive and shit and them getting a TV image based win. Defensive errors, easy missed chances & unfair decisions shall all be our Sunday lunchtime 'treat'. 'Twas ever thus & naive Brummage needs a sharp slap, because that is enough now.
