Sorry Paul, substitutions are at least 20 minutes too late.

Weimann , Westwood and bacuna have all been utterly shit today - why wait until 80 minutes to make the last 2 changes.

So NOW he makes the substitutions we've wanted for nearly the whole half. Maybe we could do this job sometimes.

Should we sell Benteke and spend £20m on a new midfield.

Guzan has been poor IMO

Everything falling apart in front of him hasn't helped, but his save in the first half was a worldy to be fair. That aside it's been his poorest game all season.

Yeah.  Lowton on for the last 10 minutes will transform this match.  Nice one Paul *taps nose*

Lambert's post match will be interesting. He's become a master at spin, and dramatic draws and wins help. But when you lose in the much the same manner as the games won without the help of those goals, well it's like walking naked in the street on a cold day trying to convince everyone you're fully dressed and warm.

I thought the lads were fantastic

weimann was truly class today
He'll just bang on about the penalty being a massive decision.

Villa bending over to a team that haven't won in 7.

Delph booked.

Just need an injured defender to complete the set.

Prophetic.

Should have had Lowton on 82 minutes ago. Should have hooked Weimann at half time

No presser is ever going to ask him a clever enough question to give us some insight though. There won't be any questions about the system, or lack of substitutions or creativity, or why so many long balls. It'll just be 'how do you feel to lose' and 'Benteke didn't play well, are you concerned'.

Yeh, I wish Mat Kendrick would spend less time thinking of truly awful puns and more time asking better questions.
