One of the biggest problems we have is that there's no real pressure on anybody at the club to succeed . We lose, but that's ok because we're in transition. The players know they're not expected to win on a regular basis. The manager knows  his job is safe, whatever happens. And the owner is strangely distant from it all. The air of complacency around the club is palpable and has been for a while. We've settled for this.

I agree with pretty much all of that sadly.
